Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which Dent Wolf Inc. will provide refunds or accept returns for services and products purchased through our business.
1.Services (Paintless Dent Repair, Detailing, Mechanical Work, and Paint Protection)
Once a service has been completed and accepted by the customer, it is non-refundable.
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues through rework or other reasonable solutions.
Refunds will only be issued if Dent Wolf Inc. is unable to deliver the service as agreed due to internal fault or inability to complete the work.
2.Training & Courses
Payment for training sessions (including PDR training) is refundable if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled training start date.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the training start date are non-refundable.
In case Dent Wolf Inc. must cancel a training for any reason, a full refund will be issued or the participant may choose to reschedule.
3.Products & Tools (PDR Tools & Accessories)
3.1 Return Eligibility
You may return unused products purchased from our online or in-store shop within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Items that are used, damaged, or missing components due to customer handling will not be eligible for a refund.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Custom-made or special-order tools
3.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at main@dentwolf.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, ship the product back to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
3.4 Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
4.Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
